Natalie was born in Alexandria, Virginia. Natalie moved quite a bit growing up while her family bounced from job site to job site. Natalie attended high school in Kentucky and graduated in 2012. After high school, Natalie moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she started all four years as an All American setter on the Emory volleyball team.
After college, Natalie worked for a year for her family construction company, and then attended Baylor Law School. While at Baylor, Natalie and Kyle met in contracts class. Natalie and Kyle transferred to Vanderbilt Law School and graduated in 2016. Shortly thereafter, Natalie and Kyle moved to Iowa and started the law firm. Natalie has a true passion for helping companies overcome their labor bottleneck.
